- As items are personalised we unfortunately cannot accept returns on these.
- Print is on the front of the product unless otherwise stipulated.
- Embroidery (if applicable) requires 5 day turnaround time,
- For products printed with Heat Transfer Vinyl please ensure you follow the care instructions.
- For drinkware and other homeware please follow the care instructions so as not to damage the product.
- Please ensure spelling is correct on all artwork.
- Some photo images for products are edited and stylised. Colours may differ slightly from edited photos.
- Props in the photos are not included in the price.
- Stock will need to be double checked as not all stock is held on site.
- The size of the design is adapted to the product based on the number of characters of the name/ or wording.
